Project Background:
A large manufacturing plant contacted us and needed to order an industrial transfer cart for the transportation of steel plate materials.
Project Requirements:
The customer was very interested in the price of an automatic rail-guided vehicle with chain transport. The rated load of the industrial transfer cart was required to be 10 tons. The typical material to be transported is a steel plate with a size of 6.5 meters long x 2.25 meters wide and a thickness of 420 mm. The industrial transfer cart is required to travel in the longitudinal direction (i.e. in the same direction as the length of the steel plate). It is envisioned that the top of the industrial transfer cart will be aligned with a set of fixed chain plates, the steel plate will be transferred from the cart to a fixed position, and then the steel plate will be delivered to the operation room. The industrial transfer cart does not need to run on batteries, the customer prefers to use rail power supply, and the maximum driving distance of the cart is only 30 meters.
