2. Charging time, will it go to the station to charge itself or will it replace the battery?
3. What is the speed range (empty and full load)? Can we adjust it?
4. Can it rotate 360 degrees? What is the minimum turning radius?
5. Can it move without slipping on inclined and wet surfaces, epoxy floors?
6. Will sudden braking and safety situations cause the load to fall? Are there safety sensors?
Solution:
For this purpose, BEFANBY customized a 5ton lifting automatic guided vehicle for the customer. This lifting automatic guided vehicle can travel for 3 hours in working state, and can go to the platform for automatic charging, without frequent battery replacement; speed range: 0-20m/min, and can be adjusted; can rotate 360 degrees, with a lifting device to ensure high-efficiency work; in addition, the customer asked whether there is a GPS version and whether it can determine the position in a closed area. Since this lifting automatic guided vehicle needs to be operated indoors and outdoors, GPS has a lot of errors in indoor operation, so we recommended laser navigation to the customer. In the specific work process, safety is also very important. Our lifting automatic guided vehicle is equipped with safety sensors and obstacle avoidance radars to ensure safety. Even if it moves on wet ground and epoxy floors, as long as there is no slope, our lifting automatic guided vehicle will not slip.
