The industry rail turntable technical details:
1. Control system: There is a control box on the ground. The control box is equipped with left-hand, right-hand, jog, and stop buttons, and is equipped with corresponding indicator lights.
2. The rust removal coating requires the surface rust removal of steel plates, profiles, castings and forgings to reach ST2 level in GB8923. The thickness of the paint film is 90-120um. Before leaving the factory, all exposed processed surfaces shall be treated with rust prevention. The surface is coated with anti-rust primer and dark gray topcoat, and the guide rail is not painted.
3. Control box system: The control box is made of steel plate, beautiful and practical, the surface is treated with anti-corrosion, the thickness of the box body is not less than 2 mm, there is a good heat dissipation device, there is a practical inspection lamp in the control box, and the door lock is firm and reliable. Easy to use, no interference.
4. Equipment configuration: Various brand-name industrial components should be selected to fully guarantee the overall reliability of the equipment.
5. Frame system: The frame is a plate frame structure, which is composed of longitudinal beams, cross beams and steel plates with a "#" frame plate frame structure, and steel plates are laid on the work surface. The profiles and steel plates used conform to the corresponding national standards.
6. Transmission system: The motor drives the reducer, transmits the power to the slewing device, and drives the rotating table to rotate. The components are reliably connected to the main body. The motor adopts a brake motor, the protection grade is IP44, and the insulation grade is E.
7. Equipment structure: The turntable is composed of a frame, a rotating table, a driving device, and a control box. The main body of the rotating table is equipped with guide rails. The rotating table is composed of a rotating configuration produced by the introduction of advanced German patent technology and a working table, which can be rotated by 90°. It has the characteristics of flexible rotation, fast response, safe and reliable performance. The track docking is controlled by a frequency converter to achieve automatic deceleration control, and an electric safety limit device is installed between the two positions of 90o to ensure accurate positioning when the rotating table rotates, so that the main body guide rail and the ground track are well aligned; There are auxiliary supporting wheels to ensure the safety and stability of the load on the rotating table.
