1. Parametric control design:

The parametric control design is used to facilitate the adjustment of the position, speed, accuracy and other factors of the trolley to achieve high-speed operation. The movement of the trolley is precisely controlled through the preset program and the received signal.

2. Positioning and navigation:

Use on-board sensors, laser guidance systems or magnetic strip guidance systems to achieve accurate identification and positioning of the running track. The positioning signal is obtained by barcode recognition or laser ranging, and compared with the current position, and then the inverter is controlled to realize the start and stop of the motor.

3. Communication and scheduling:

The control system of RGV can communicate with the host computer or WMS (warehouse management system), receive task instructions and feedback the operating status. In automatic mode, the shuttle dispatching system decomposes the task to each shuttle through wireless communication to achieve multi-point automatic operation and efficient scheduling.

1. Track design:

Choose appropriate track material and form (such as aluminum straight track or curved track) to ensure the flatness and stability of the track. Optimize the layout and connection method of the track to reduce the resistance and vibration of the trolley during driving.

2. Maintenance:

Perform regular maintenance on RGV, check the operating status of the motor, the flatness and connection of the track, etc., to ensure that the trolley runs in the best condition.

3. Safety protection:

Equipped with complete safety protection devices and emergency stop buttons, etc., to ensure that the trolley can detect and handle abnormal situations in time when running at high speed.

In general, high-speed operation of RGV can be achieved by optimizing the drive system, control system, track design, and strengthening maintenance and safety protection.
