Annealing Furnace Transfer Cart
The cart is designed and manufactured based on the consider of annealing furnace application. The cart is made of two carts: top cart and bottom cart and the two transfer carts are with vertical running direction.

The cart is designed and manufactured based on the consider of annealing furnace application. The cart is made of two carts: top cart and bottom cart and the two transfer carts are with vertical running direction. The bottom cart is used to connected the annealing furnace, the bottom cart rails are connected with the rails in annealing furnace after they are overturned. Overturned arm mounted on the top cart is used to push and pill the equipment in furnace. This design avoid that high temperature influences the electrical. Mobile rails and mobile overturning arm can automatically connect, which greatly increase the production efficiency.
