The hydraulic crane is composed of double main beams, four outriggers, two lower cross beams, lifting mechanism, walking mechanism, steering mechanism, diesel engine, hydraulic control system, spreader, etc. The running wheels adopt solid tires, which can reduce the crane’s impact during turning. Damage to the ground and high friction with the ground at the same time. It is suitable for running on hard and level ground. A steering cylinder is arranged on each tire mechanism to facilitate the crane to run and turn. Meet the requirements of users on site for straight, horizontal, and 0-90° steering. The lifting mechanism uses hydraulic cylinders to pull up the steel wire rope to realize the lifting of heavy objects.
The operation of the cart and the lifting of the fuel pressure can be adjusted and controlled in real time according to the load of the container. Under the condition of a load of 20 tons, the hydraulic working pressure is within 20MPa, and the diesel engine throttle is adjusted to an appropriate state. The maximum pressure during rated load operation does not exceed 25MPa, and the diesel engine throttle can be appropriately increased. Overload operation is strictly prohibited.

|Main beam||Using Q235B rectangular square tube structure, three sets of pulleys are installed on the main beam.|
|Outrigger||The outrigger adopts Q235B rectangular square tube structure, the upper end and the main beam are connected by high-strength bolts, and the lower end and the lower cross beam are connected by high-strength bolts. Install lifting cylinders on the two legs on one side.|
|Upper and lower beams||The Q235B rectangular square tube structure is adopted, and the walking mechanism is installed at both ends of the lower beam. Install the diesel engine, hydraulic system and operating cab at the lower part of the lower cross beam on one side.|
|Lifting mechanism||The lifting mechanism is composed of hydraulic cylinder, pulley block, steel wire rope, anti-rotation device, etc. The hydraulic cylinder is installed on the fixed frame of the lower beam, and the hydraulic cylinder is installed by trunnion installation.|
|Trolley traveling mechanism||Install four sets of trolleys at both ends of the lower cross beam, each set of trolleys is equipped with two wheels, a steering cylinder, and a set of hydraulic motors, which are used as the traveling mechanism of the crane|
|Steering mechanism for cart walking||The steering mechanism adopts a hydraulic cylinder. One end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the lower beam, one end is connected to the frame of the wheel, and the two ends of the cylinder are connected in a hinged structure. Steering cylinders are installed on the four wheel frames.|
|Hydraulic control system||The hydraulic control system consists of diesel engine, variable hydraulic pump, fuel tank, driver's cab, manual reversing valve group, pressure gauge and pipeline. The diesel engine is started by electric start, the battery is installed under the seat in the operating room, and the diesel engine is started with a key.|
