Project background:
In the field of modern logistics and transportation, turning automated vehicles have become an important tool for many companies to improve transportation efficiency with their automation and intelligent characteristics. Recently, a Thai manufacturing factory found our BEFANBY company and asked to customize a 1.5-ton turning automated vehicles for manufacturing.
Solution:
During the communication process with the customer, the customer clearly stated the need to use a turning automated vehicle to transport a 1-ton food packaging carton pallet with a pallet size of 47x40x7 inches, a running distance of 5 meters, and a daily working time of 10 hours. At the same time, the customer requested to purchase 6 AGVs, of which 3 were automatically controlled and 3 were remotely controlled. The automatically controlled AGVs used QR code navigation, with a maximum of 3 stops, each stop lasting 5-10 minutes, a stop accuracy of 1 cm, and a workbench size of 1200x1100x500 mm.
After understanding the customer's specific situation, we customized a 1.5-ton turning automated vehicles for the customer. Our turning automated vehicles uses an advanced drive system and an optimized body structure design, which enables it to achieve flexible turning in narrow spaces.
