The customer needs to purchase 14 trackless electric transfer carts with a load capacity of 20 tons and an ideal size of 6.71 meters x 3 meters. These carts will be used to transport containers for battery energy storage, and these cars travel 300 meters back and forth every day. Solution:
When the customer initially mentioned that these electric transfer carts can run on tracks or concrete roads, we recommended battery-powered and drag chain-powered track electric transfer carts to the customer, but since this factory does not have tracks yet and the customer requires the electric transfer carts to be able to turn flexibly, considering the high cost of re-laying tracks, we finally customized a batch of 20-ton trackless electric transfer carts for the customer. This trackless electric transfer cart is battery-powered, which can fully meet daily handling needs, and does not require laying tracks, with high cost performance and flexibility.
